This bag features a kind of green/blue embroidered patch that comes from Sapa.  The general system seems to be that minority groups (Hmong, and others) sew or cross-stitch specified sizes of fabric, and then it gets transported to Ho Chi Minh City, where factories sew it into toys, bags, whatever.
